It’s raining hard for Gordon Brown…

If the banks weren’t collapsing enough, the housing market is going south, the Iraq war drags on and immigration has been shown to be contributing zero to the economy.

Add further the increased cost of living, yet low interest rates and inflation, it’s a bunch of skewed numbers the Government are working on.

Fuel prices surge, petrol is expensive, strikes are becoming more common. We’re entering a time of turmoil and depression within the economy that has been brought about by using ‘steroids’ for the economy – namely unregulated lending, mass immigration and an Iraq war that’s burning the candle at both ends.

It’s time the Gordon did something, as doing nothing will let the country crash…

HSBC in $17bn credit crisis loss

Looks like HSBC have made too many bad loans and will be the next ‘Northern Rock’.

Overlending is a serious problem – in the 90s a fair chunk of money was lost to emerging nations and the Eastern block. Banks re-focused on domestic customers as business loans ended in tears.

Sadly it’s a boom – bust principal. Put the steak out and the dogs will run and eat it – without looking at the cost of their meal.

Governments try to easy the situation but it’s all to slow mass panic stock market selling.

Sit tight people, this is the beginning of the end (of free and easy lending).

Credit crisis in UK still a threat

It’s not over – your savings still aren’t safe.

Bad lending and high risk debts are still floating around – no one really knows how much bad debt there is out there.

Northern Rock might be the tip of the iceberg.

Advice suggests splitting your funds into £33K amounts so as have Government protection.

Fortnightly bin pickups a disaster

As with all council implementation, the fortnightly bin pickups are causing problems with rats and vermin.

EU guidelines are published supposedly asking people to reduce the amount of land fill sites.

Any sort of charges for refuse collection may result in fly tipping and therefore negate the increased revenue collected.

England is the new Atlantis

England has been flooded quite heavily in the past week – no surprise due to our variable climate and the flatness of the land (not to be confused with Fat of The Land from the Prodigy).

Sadly there have been 2 deaths and my old home of Sheffield has had 900 people evacuated.

Beckham returns to England squad

And in his recent match, produced two excellent crosses into the box which were easy for the forwards to put in the net. As one support said ‘it’s a one man team (Beckham)’

Prisoners in UK hit all time record

Just showing how much of a crime problem the UK has, the jails are over flowing.

It couldn’t be a better time for committing crime – get 8 years, do 4. Rape someone, get 3 years if you’re the unlucky 1/10 that gets convicted.

Jails are full of addicts and retards. Maybe if the social work and drug rehab facilities were better, this would never happen in the first place. But the short sightedness of UK overbears again, sweep it under the carpet, it does affect the polls today.

3 held over death of pregnant pakistani woman

Crazy pakis? Sounds crazy, pregnant woman (17) from pakistan killed….suspects include her husband and 2 others. Normally this is shocking, but when it’s ethnic groups involved, it’s more normal – especially after the stoning of the Iraqi woman last month.

Todays kamikaze news

Seems the RAF have been asked wether they’d do Kamikaze runs if asked.

In a situation such as there is a weapons failure and a run-away plane is headed for the Tower of London.

Would you crash your RAF jet into the plane to save a bunch of cockneys?

This question wouldn’t even be asked in Japan or in the Muslim world. But in the wimpy arse-wipey Western world, it’s just a crazy question.

Die for your oil, er, I mean country. What a silly proposition.

I’d like them to answer this question : if they had a time machine and went back to pre-Iraq war would they fly their RAF jet kamikaze style into Tony Blair’s house and save 1000s of lives? Then those 9/11 victims and London bomb victims would still be alive, along with about 1 million Iraqis.
